If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@onehoursite.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it. Domain registrations already purchased in your name are non-refundable (the registry charges us), but the domain stays yours.
